February 2011 - Bethany & Lara

Bethany (2nd year Supper Clubber) and Lara (newbie) hosted February's Supper Club. Bethany's life kind of just flipped right-side up as she was just cast as a writer on 30 Rock and P. Diddy just preformed on the Chris Gethard Show (show she produces) at UCBT - AND she still managed to have 10 people over for a Supper Club Brunch. Lara was a trooper and rolled with the punches of life's craziness.

Not too many people could make it to their Supper Club brunch (it was President's day weekend), but that was too bad because it was very very yummy.

My pictures of the food are less than par (took them after everyone ate), but I did manage to snag a fantastic photo of a delicious bloody mary.

After the bloody mary and during, they served an egg dish that reminded me of my aunts - fluffy with bread and lots of cheese, crispy and thick french toast, BACON and lots of fresh fruit. It's hard to make bacon for a large group! I think there should be bacon served at every Supper Club.

It was a great way to spend a cold Sunday afternoon in February.
