Nordic Winter Supper - January/LA

JANUARY SUPPER CLUB 2019

It was a blistering cold winter night with temps just below 70 in Los Angeles.  Guests came from all over the city to warm themselves with hot beverages and soup.  We hoped to rent a portable sauna and take a dip in the Silver Lake Reservoir, but permits wouldn't allow and...well we were in Los Angeles and not Minnesota or Norway.

Instead we opened the doors and windows. let in some coolish pacific air and enjoyed the supper below!
